4. Payment Terms
- All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment terms
- Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated
- All managed services are payable as per terms mentioned during agreement or upto 5% for the total billing amount every term / year
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with prior notice for ongoing clients. Customers not complying or paying at the right time or not following the mentioned protocols can get their account or service banned without a scope of refund and prior notice.
5. Project Timelines
- Timelines are estimated and depend on client responsiveness
- Delays in feedback, approvals, or materials may extend project timelines
- Rank9 Digital is not liable for missed deadlines caused by external factors or client delays
6. Intellectual Property
- All deliverables remain the property of Rank9 Digital until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client
- Rank9 Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio
Clients must ensure they have rights to any third-party materials they provide.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Business strategies
- Marketing plans
- Sensitive data and information
We will never share client data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rank9 Digital shall not be held liable any time for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Changes in search engine algorithms or platform policies
- Third-party service failures (Google, Facebook, hosting providers, etc.)
All services are provided on a “best effort” basis without any guaranteed results.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver the best possible results:
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes
- Digital marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control
10. Termination of Account or Services
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.
Upon account or service termination:
- Outstanding payments must be cleared immediately
- Payments may not be refunded back if found that there is any due payment left from the customer
- Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly
- Access to services and deliverables may be revoked until full payment is received
11. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party tools, platforms, or services. Rank9 Digital is not responsible for:
- Policy changes by third-party platforms
- Account suspensions due to client violations
- Technical issues outside our control
12. Website Usage
By using our website, you agree:
- Not to misuse, hack, or disrupt the website
- Not to copy or reproduce content without permission
- Not to use the website for unlawful activities
